Wellness Lounge Mission Bay is an integrative wellness center located on beautiful Mission Bay in San Diego, CA. We specialize in chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, and naturopathic medicine; with many of our doctors integrating massage and cupping into their individual services.
In addition to our healing services, we offer a variety of beauty services as well including: micro needling and facial rejuvenation acupuncture, body sculpting with ultrasonic cavitation, medi-cupping for cellulite reduction, and facials!
Outdoors, we offer group and private yoga both on land and on the water. We have the most talented stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga instructors that are able to cater to yogis of all levels, making sure everyone is safe and has a great time!
