This 75-min.* class opens with a relaxing and mindful Hatha practice, connecting to the breath and then moving your body slowly into different poses. These poses open and lengthen the body and are held for several breaths before moving on to the next. They also open the meridians allowing the flow of Prana, Qi, and Blood to begin.
Moving into an extended 30-min. savasana, you will receive a 6-needle Acu-boost treatment. This combination of six acupuncture points has a powerful therapeutic effect, going deeper and working on specific acupuncture points to achieve balance and harmony within the body and organs.
Once the needles are removed, a final breathing connection closes the class, leaving you with a feeling of bliss.
