Come join us at Spirit Barre for Mutts & Mats, our newest class that’s all about building strength and flexibility, with a side of puppy love! This all-levels class combines the best of pilates-inspired moves and deep stretches to help you feel stronger and more centered—plus, you’ll get to hang out with adorable, adoptable pups afterward!
The class is 45 minutes of invigorating movement, followed by 15 minutes of snuggling up with some sweet puppies. It’s the perfect balance of self-care and puppy cuddles! 🐾🧘♀️
A portion of the proceeds benefits our favorite puppy rescue, so your practice helps pups in need. You might even meet your new best friend!
