This is a rhythmic weekly gathering of individuals who are looking to further their understanding of self, connect to their community, and support one another in bringing each individual's dreams into reality.
This 2 hour experience will begin with a chance to mingle and reflect with your peers, move into a relaxing yet enlivening Sound Healing, and close out with a share circle ceremony.
Ceremonial Cacao, a sacred heart-opening chocolate drink, may be available before or after to help ground the experience into the rest of your day. (Check in Person)
Varying week to week, there will also be workshops you may stay for that will be a deeper exploration of aspects of self. Instrument exploration, mind-body movement, and sacred tool creation to name a few.
