**Exciting news -- we're revamping our strength classes to bring you even more dynamic, effective, and engaging workouts that help you feel empowered and strong! You no longer need shoes for Strength and you will need your yoga mat!
Silent Disco classes are free for members or $15 to drop in. If you aren't a member, you can sign up via our schedule page and pay the $15 special drop in rate, or opt to use a class pack credit.
