I'm Jenna- a New York native turned California dreamer. After losing my sister to cancer in 2014, I knew I had to make a change. Battling anxiety and depression in a high-stress environment, I embarked on a healing journey, learning life-changing tools to calm my mind and find clarity.
Now, as a mom and the founder of Deadlifts4Donuts, I help women reach their health goals with a holistic approach—repairing relationships with food, rewiring the brain, and managing stress. I'm passionate about helping others live happier, healthier lives.
