This lunation brings a golden opportunity to let go of what disempowers us—whether it's outdated beliefs, external noise, or even habits of overthinking. Under this full Moon, we are called to sift through the mental clutter, distinguish between distraction and alignment, and illuminate the areas where confusion has kept us from our truth.
